HillBilly Days Pictures 2010 (Pikeville, KY)

Kentucky might have hillbillys' living around the area, but the original hillbillys were the scot-irish immigrants that run the Cherokee indian out of the Appalachian mtns and turned the tide of the American revolution.
For those confused about the Trail of Tears originating in the southeast,The Cherokee relocated to Georgia where they were given land. That is, until it was discovered just how valuable. At which point, the were run out by the government, even though the US supreme Court ruled on the side of the Cherokee. It would seem pres. Jackson was an old war horse and had no love of any redskin.
The irony I appreciate here my bloodline.I'm half scot-irish/ half cherokee.

I don't think there has been one time in the history of RPF where somebody posted a picture of an even remotely cute girl without half a dozen guys (minimal) drooling over their keyboards and pointing out that the girl is cute. Some people need to get out more me thinks. You guys act like you've never seen a female before.

I haven't! At least not one holding liberty-orientated ideas and politicking for candidates like Rand Paul!

But you are right...I do need to get out more :) A lot more. :[

Btw girls make converts out of people. Just look at Glenn Beck, he converted to Mormonism once he met his wife! Women always draw the attention of guys dontchy'a know.

I brought the canoe and kayak. "Hillbilly" Mike brought two kayaks. We had a Rand flotilla and picnic. It was half campaigning and half decompressing after a very stressful session in our Kentucky State Legislature.

BTW - This is the same large urban park in Lexington where we have Open Carry picnics. The city hates that, but the state law is on our side and there's nothing they can do about it!
