Candidate Comparison sheets are the secret weapon to win the election for doctor Paul. Our Alexandria Virginia meet up group handed them out In New Hampshire and Iowa and generated hundreds of positive responses and even learned about dozens of people who changed their vote due to our candidate comparison sheet. This is a proven way for voters to learn about the issues and make their own decisions based on the FACTS.!

We will go door to door and deliver these sheets to voters. We’ve already started in Virginia and received a very warm response.

We need everyone’s support here! We have hundreds of thousands of voters, actually Millions!, who need comparison sheets in Virginia. We have a great chance of beating Romney IN Virginia, one on one. Let’s make a statement in the great commonwealth and win one for Paul. He deserves it! Anyone who can give money to our group would be deeply appreciated. We have so much work to do and so little time in Virginia. Please Donate and print these candidate comparison sheets out! Even Just $10 dollars will allow us to print two hundred sheets.

why would I have to log in to see the chip in?

You shant, but the OP posted the url to his own chip in build page, which you would have to log in as he to be able to view. He needs to correct the chip in link to be the finished product, public link.

Q: Doug, seems to me that Virginia is going to be decisive contest against Romney (since no one else is on the ballot). There is no clear advantage for Romney or Paul since Huckabee and McCain were the big winners in '08 and they both got around 5% each. Winning VA would be a huge upset and could destroy the unelectable meme for Paul. Should Ron lose, it could be over in the eyes of the intelligentsia. Any thoughts on this?

If you can compress these down to 1/2 sheet, you can get get them printed by a local printer as a pad of "tear-off" sheets for .03 a page or less. If your not particular about the type of paper (colors, etc), you can get even better deals sometimes.

I can personally say that the neo-con crowd that wants to oust obama will vote Romney. The crowd that wants tax reform, anti-romney, and the young vote are strongly ron paul. I think ron paul has a chance to win virginia 51%. i converted 15 votes already

i went door to door in Burke (Northern) Virginia for the past three days. 200 houses: 20 Mit Romney 9 Ron Paul. The rest were undecided and were thankful for a comparison sheet. Virginia is undecided. Its up to you guys to win Virginia.

This is a very big state, much bigger than any we have campaigned in so far. I hope that they set up PFH or something so that others can help. It will be really difficult to get a high level of voter contact from the campaign, but worthwhile if it happens.

this won't be going smaller - we are trying to reach people who get their info from the tv - people who surf already have an idea whats going on....
this was drafted specifically to show ENOUGH info while keeping it to one sheet - making the sheet smaller would force the print smaller and older people would have a hard time reading it or we would have like TWO issues on the sheet

please... if you have a suggestions about an issue to add AS WELL AS candidate responses AND source pages, feel free to suggest - IF you have a quip about the format or the length of the sheet or other formatting issues - please refrain - we've been doing this for 8 months and this is our final revision

i'll ask james to redo the link to the VA sheet without that typo - otherwise, PLEASE print these or have them printed and walk your neighborhoods with them and share the link with others - educating the electorate to how the candidates stack up against each other is HALF the issue

Thank you tom for your support. Look foward to canvassing with you asap. If only people realized how effective this sheet is. :)

@thomas - To quote Dr Paul, "don't be so sensitive." It wasn't a "quip", it was a suggestion for how to get your printing costs down. There was nothing in the original post specifying unacceptable types of responses. We're all in this together, but don't post here if you don't want people to give suggestions particularly when you're asking for money to fund a project. I've printed a number of the 1/2 sheet flyers for various reasons in the past and you might be surprised how easy they are to read, cheaper to print and easier to distribute. But, it was just a suggestion ...

One another note: If our local GOP rank-and-file members are any indication, they aren't enthused about either Romney or Paul. At our recent meeting, many discussed just voting for the other issues on the ballot but skipping the presidential vote as a sort of protest vote. There was some discussion about voting for Paul in hopes that his delegates would support the anti-romney in the convention, but I didn't get the feeling that many accepted that option. I take two things away from that: 1) don't underestimate how much work needs to be done for the primary; 2) confirmation the romney will not get the vote out in the general election.

FreeMIND&market: If you read the post. These comparison sheets have converted dozens of people. We are not changing what is already proven to be extremely effective. But thanks for your input!

I notice people have started canvassing, with these new sheets, and lightweis in NOVA.

So ... do you guys have signs to leave in the yards of the RP voters you've ID'd? If not that's as important as the handout itself. Signs are somewhat effective in yards, less effective on street corners.

I might suggest sending out a press release for areas that you will canvass. This will work especially well in more rural areas who will be more anxious to just get anything to put on the air. Let them know you will be doing it and you will likely end up being interviewed which will get you a lot of exposure and also some more volunteers. This strategy has worked well in Virginia.
