Friends of the Republic,

We need your help! We are currently engaged in a battle on the front-lines of the Revolution! It would benefit us greatly if we could utilize the many skills that all Ron Paul supporters have in blogging, e-mail blasting, and flooding the internet with activity and passion, so we may draw attention to this situation.

I'm going to post a few links below. Please click on them and help us out in any way that you can! The first link is an article that was published on Oct. 26th, in the San Francisco Chronicle.

I hope that the SF Chronicle article listed enough information for all of you to understand the situation at hand. If anybody has any questions or comments please feel free to ask.

We have raised over $6,000 for our Legal Defense Fund. Special thanks to the Campaign for Liberty and all of our supporters for donating! You guys are the best!:D

This is seems like a very worthy cause, but can it wait until after the election? Once we are done supporting political candidates, I am sure that we can support this.

Also, try to fundraise locally. Californian Ron Paul supporters should be more interested in this than national supporters. Schedule a meetup, explain the situation and ask for donations. I am sure that it will work.

The elections aren't as important as taking over the GOP, except in a few places, i.e. Lawson's district. The POTUS has already been chosen for us.

Very important

1.) Our trial is set for November 12th. So time is short, and this case was filed back in July. We've been defending ourselves up to this point, and doing a pretty good job, but couls always use more assistance.

2.) Our fundraising has been pretty good. And yes, California Ron Paul supporters are interested but, so are supporters from Italy and Australia, who also donated to our legal defense fund when our story ran on the Campaign for Liberty website. We raised $1,000 in a 24-hour period when the C4L ran the posting.

3.) In my first post I left the links for our website, Meetup group, and even our YouTube channel. And you are right, it has worked... that's why I'm posting it here.

Finally, this is a "national" issue. Taking back the GOP will start at the local level and progress up. Showing support for this situation and the "Constitutional Republicans" that are involved should play a role in every Revolutionaries campaign efforts. That effort could involve: a contribution to our legal defense fund; a blog posting in support of our efforts; a kind email to us ( [email protected] ) or an email-blast to the neo-con chairman (Paul Cummings) that's suing us ( [email protected] ); a comment on our YouTube channel/videos, or even trying to get involved with your local political process to make a difference in your own area. (We can help you too!)

boggie08, I hope that you're not trying to discourage me from trying to get the word out. I think it's worth letting the viewers make that choice for themselves. Besides, the SF Chronicle thought it was a worthy story, AND so did the Campaign for Liberty.

You can GOOGLE: "fight over alameda GOP seats heading to court" and see what pops up.

Before you post the ruling, do have any information about what the trial was like? Are you hopeful?

Feeling Out the Judge

The trial went okay. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the judge, who mentioned that he had not yet read the documents submitted to the court. This was frustrating for several different reasons.

I believe that the judge should keep up with the documents submitted to the court, as opposed to getting a feel for it on the day of the trial. I would think that this would enable him to focus on some of the points that stood out to him. Not to mention, we submitted hundreds of pages of documents to the court, and had to meet deadlines, and all sorts of other things. Knowing now, that they weren't even read, kinda upsets me a bit.

Hopefully, the judge is catching up on our documents now, while the case is under submission. I do believe that we'll come out on top.

If anyone would like to read any of the court documents you can follow these instructions... (you may find it interesting that lawyers from the Republican Lawyers' Association and the McCain Campaign felt the need to get involved.;))

Nevada and I suppose just about every other county GOP has this Do Nothing Neocon GOP old timers want a stranglehold over seats/delegates/rules.

Nevadan Republicans have experienced similes in GOP control and sabotage to maintain control.

Hopefull the judge reads all the appropriate documentations and rule in favor.

Just as a backup... I would do a Bio on the Judge, his contacts and affliations/associations with the Alameda GOP tyrants. There's plenty of that collusion in this country today!

Hollywood

I did do some research on the judge. Turns out that he refers to himself as a Democrat with a capital "D." He's also an activist for the pro-amnesty group La Raza. He was appointed to the bench by good old Gray Davis. When going through his past court cases, it seems as though he likes to take them all under submission. I'm hoping that it doesn't take too long to get the ruling. We're playing the waiting game now! Stay tuned....

We win
