Hey folks! We have a carload headed out from Kentucky. 4 are confirmed and have tickets, and a possible 5th may join us. We purchased tickets immediately when it was announced, to make sure Ron would have some support.

It's not in my nature to ask for funding. I maxed out to Ron & Rand, funded my own way to CPAC, and left my job to campaign for Rand. But after all that, money is really tight, and some of those coming with me can afford it even less than I.

Therefore I set up a Chipin with the target at $300.
4 tickets x $50 = $200
724 miles (round trip) x $4 per gallon of gas = $80 to $120 depending on mileage.

So if folks can cover this or even just help diminish the cost, you would have our immeasurable gratitude. Thanks for your consideration!

I'll try to chip in by tomorrow but can't promise. Some caring advice from me would be to pack your own meals and beverages to save that money for gasoline. Godbless and Godspeed, appreciate your efforts :)

lol I can vouch for Alan.. I have hung out with him several times.. he is badass, one of my favorite people in the movement.

threw in 35$

btw Alan I believe some people are giving tickets away for free.. you should find out about that..

I will see you there!

just sent 20 dollars.
Good luck and a safe trip.

Thank you friends! It will help a lot!! Ya'll are great. :D

Maximilian - Sure will! During the CPAC trip I lived mostly on granola bars.

Roxic - Nope, that's not me. :) My website from a City Council run (wasn't elected) is here: http://www.alanbrown2010.com

Kotin - We bought these tickets from the SC GOP before we knew they'd be giving some out. Hoping that means we'll have more than expected!
