This is just an idea, and it's my first post... so don't be hatin'... but .. I REALLY want to donate $100 tomorrow, alas I'm an Aussie.

Therefore I need to find 50 people who will be happy to donate an extra $2 more than they originally intended. I don't know exactly what to say to encourage you to do this, but this comes to mind:

Up until this year I pretty much hated everything that America stood for. Well... Ron Paul makes me want to be American.

Up to you :)

I know an extra $100 might seem totally insignificant, but I just thought it would be a great symbolic gesture of "team spirit," showing that the reason Ron Paul is going to win is because his supporters are simply willing to make that small extra sacrifice for a much greater good.

And hell, it's not like I'm getting any money out of it! I'm doing this for you guys through Ron Paul.

But we can admire for nothing can we not? Hey Bowie, I'm a kiwi, I hated America and everyhing it stood for also especially all its state sponsored terrorism.

But now I am a confirmed Paul-ite!! Perhaps we can plot secretly to see what international people can do to help...legally. One thing we can do is to get international countries to give some coverage on Paul. If international press starts acknowledging him, well so will CNN et al.
Congrats on Rudd BTW...he looks like he's enjoying himself.

BTW is Huckabee a fundamentalist Christian? We kind of get a bit quivery in the knees when fundamentalists start talking about armageddon if you get my drift!Specially with YOUR nuclear arsenal.
I didn't know there could be so many intelligent Americans assembled in one place. Its a wonderful feeling to be here.

I am what would be considered a fundamentalist Christian, and I am absolutely astounded and baffled how other Christians can approve George Bushes policies. Many of us Christians abhor what our government does in the Middle East and around the World. Guess we dont make enough noise. " War Is A Racket"

I wasn't really planning on donating tomorrow at all.

Just for you I'll pitch in at least $20. Whatever I decide to donate - 20, 30, 40, 50, I'll also add the extra $2 you requested. Then, because your name is Bowie and I happen to be a David Bowie fan, I'll add another $8.

Just so you know, we are incredibly thankful for our overseas support!

This is like one of those sponsor a child for pennies a day pledge things. Inspired idea, Bowie. Plan to be in Washington, D.C. in January 2009 for the Ron Paul inauguration, you can buy everyone who gives $2 extra a pint of Foster's.

Donate to the effort in other ways

Can he donate to the blimp and other private fund raising ideas?

I'll throw in $4 extra because I think Koalas are cute. $2 for you. $2 for an unspecified Koala bear.

Hey bud, you get $2 from me too.

Many of us over here are greatly dissapointed in what our country has become of late. Don't give up hope on us just yet.

Thanks for the support.
Rex
