Healthcare.gov shows no love for TOR browser

The government "healthcare" website refuses to load on TOR: http://i.imgur.com/rVErMUR.jpg

It seems they are trying to get more information than they are legally entitled to from those who use the website.

They are blocking IPs from known tor endpoints; I wouldn't be surprised if they end up blocking entire continents.
