Sometimes.. but if you had some special insight, Intrade is where someone would go to capitalize on that. Tagg Romney might have the internal numbers and is buying up shares of Mitt lol

I heard they have some weird delegate selection process this year.. apparently there is no state convention, and it seems like it's proportional.. Not sure why they call it a caucus if this is the case.
