Ingraham hasn't. Michael Savage hasn't. Alex Jones suggested Trump is 90% right but is saying the right things to help Jeb. Howie Carr hasn't.

Yep. Trump is winning by default because he is the only one running to win. No other candidate is making winning the top priority. They make adhering to PC dogma the top priority, and winning a distant second. All of the other candidates had the chance to have the poll numbers that Trump has, but none of them took it.
