Has anybody heard from Ron?

He better say something after last nights debacle!!!!!!! Especially if he wants donations!!! Ron Paul has got to start getting very very aggressive both with the media and his competition!!!! He needs to re light the fire that burns soo bright in all of us!!! Tell us that the campaign has many many shadow delagates and the world is going to be in for a real shock when they see how many Ron Paul supporters are in fact delegates for the other three!! Tell us he is in great shape sorta like when we were all down and out and Doug wead told us about the real delegate count!!

You posted this at 5:37AM Eastern? He is 2 time zones away from you, and just had a very long week of hard travel. Give the man a day off.

He called my cell and woke me up in the middle of the night, saying something about how he wishes everyone would keep their hopes up, mentioend that we have a lot of delegates, said we all knew this was an uphill battle against a poweful anti-liberty media controlled by the special interests, that the message needs to live on with us regardless of outcomes and we need to continue to educate others as it is our duty, and that we will fight all the way to the convention.

Then I woke up and realized it was just a dream, but everything he said in it is true.

Great.

So Ron Paul is an incubus.

Well, he does respond with a speech after each caucus. Romney, Santorum and Gingrich all made their speeches. So, I have to wonder if he is going to surprise us with something unexpected.

The campaign certainly needs to shore up the support if they intend to rally all the troops for a push beyond Super Tuesday. There is a lot of uncertainty with people, and I don't think we can afford to let that go unchecked.

They were saying that he gave a speech in ND last night way before it was over.

Seems to me that Ron's options are limited. He can say:

1. We're still winning delegates.

But he can't say:

1. I will run third party if I don't get the nomination.
2. I am trying to be the candidate for VP.
3. I think you should all vote for the Libertarian candidate.
4. I think you should all write my name in.

Great.

So Ron Paul is an incubus.

roflmao Didn't see that coming.

Last night is a lot to digest. I am sure Paul is giving things a lot of new thought and reflection today.

I don't even know what would be the best thing for him to say right now other then, it needs to be something to light a fire under the ass of potential new voters. It seems people like the visionary speeches vs fear based ones.

At the end of the day, people gather around a feel good message and that is the only kind Paul should be giving now if he has any chances left.

Voters do not want to hear the truth about us being economic slaves to debt
or about our grave losses in these wars for profit
or our fiat retirement investments loosing value
and what the SOLUTIONS are

They clearly want to hear more about rolling amber waves of grain from Romney
and how they are superior to gays from Santorum
and how we can colonize the moon from Newt

This is the crap the voters are eating up.

What can Paul say to dramatically shift more votes his way at this point?

I'd be taking serious time to think about it after realizing just how far removed from reality so many Americans really are.
