Hannity's America

Im votng for him because I beleive he will do less harm to the United States than Obama

He will do the same amount of harm. He is not his own man. He does not make his own decisions. If you believe that he does then you are sadly mistaken and have ignored the evidence that he is too stupid to know what the heck is doing just as Obama is.

I just believe one last time that mccain the one viable candidate would be better that obama the only other viable candidate.

Candidate viability has been told to you by pollsters, the media, pundits, ....

There are more than two candidates on ballots in November. They are all equally viable.

You have been programmed to believe that only two are viable. It's an illusion.

Break free, End.

You base your belief on what evidence that McCain can be trusted?

The evidence clearly shows he can't be trusted. The evidence shows that he doesn't know diddly about the economy. He couldn't even answer Ron Paul's simple question put to him about the president's working group on financial markets. He didn't know what Paul was even talking about. He is running for the highest office in the land and he doesn't have a clue.

Ok... We have a difference of opinion. It's that simple.

It is not that I can't be reasoned with, it is not that I am stupid or ignorant.
we have looked at the information available to us and have come to different opinions. So how about stop throwing insults, stop making false accusations and stop mis representing things i am saying.

I'll break it down for you in simple terms (not that you are simple just for clarification)

1) This movement has done itself MUCH harm by stupid things SOME in it have done. We need to the best of our ability to change the image of the group.

2) Along with this the group needs to take on a little more of RP characteristics. You can be respectful and it does not have to be at the expense of being weak.

3) In conjunction with this use a little wisdom in talking with peopl and understand that, to some degree you are representing the movemet and realize that your actions reflection us all (personal responsibility not withstanding)

4) Vote for who you want too. For me the supreme court is probably my biggest issue (THIS ELECTION). We will have to deal with oter issues as we go along ie the fed and other RP stuff. I believe mccain and obama are the only vaible candidats this election and therefore I am looking for the one that will do the least amount of damage.

If people here think they are both exactly the same (which i dont) then it should not matter who I vote for.

Ok... on Nov 5th lets see who is elected (maybe unless it drags out a month or so). I certainly understand your point. I am not programmed but I do live in the real world.

It is notan illusion it is infact what will happen.. Weneed to continue to grow the movemet until it has the numbers (critical mass so to speak) tomake the difference you AND I want.

Who said anything about trust? I agree, he could not hold a candle to RP on econimics.. we hav no need to discuss this aspect of the electon.

Read my lipstik :) I BELIEVE MCCAIN WILL DO LESS DAMAGE THAN OBAMA

I can't prove it. Since I believ that mccain and obama are the only viable candidates tis election are you saying I can trust obama?

You are the one that is brainwashed. Brainwashed that there is a difference between these handpicked puppets of the elite.

Don't talk about me side stepping issues or not acknowledging issues.

Here is an issue for you.

People in this group characterize everyone else, "the sheeple" as brainwashed, victims of group think or collectivism and are quoting from their talking points.

The Issues
1) What makes it different here

2) Why is it not legitiment to say the sameabout people here?

3) the image outside people have some bases and should be addressed and changed.

No one is quoting from any talking point. I didn't need Ron Paul or this forum to know that Democrats and Republicans were both controlled by the same entity. I knew it long before I even knew who Ron Paul was. The Supreme Court example you cited is indeed a talking point that both parties use to keep people voting for one of the two major parties. They don't want a third party, especially one that is beholden to the elite to ever get a foothold in America.

Nice sidestep..

I am not quotig from any talking point either. the constitution was written long before any talking points I don't need talking points t explain the supreme court.

so 1) Please tell me the logic behind you don't need this forum or RP to come to your conclusion but you can accuse me of quoting talking points.
This comes down to circular reasoning... you can't have it both ways.

I am all for 3rd, 4th, 5th ... parties.. you are still avoiding answering my question

I'm not saying I have the end all and be all stategy to win te fght BUT

1. I know RP gives people room to be themselfs but He needs to put out some messages about how bad behavior hurts the movement.

2. We should try to reason with people if possible.

3. People in the movement need to learn that there are battles worth dying in and some better fought another day.

That is a start...

I edited your post to pull out your recommendations. Let me know if I've misrepresented.

To keep this going, do you disagree with the C4L's tactic to encourage members to vote third party?

Instead, as C4L leader, would you recommend the C4L endorse John McCain? Another candidate?

No this is no problem. Generally my problem is when people take it out of context to say things I havent said. This is accurate.

No I think it is fine to encourage members to. My problem comes in when members take it that if other members decide differently that that makes them somehow unpatriodic so to speak, dis-loyal or even a troll. :D

No. the vote is personal choice. I don't mean it HAS to be kept private or you can't talk about it but everyone needs to do their best to gather the facts, discern the truth and vote. I have no problem with them presenting why they think people should vote 3rd party.

The supreme court nominees has been a talking point of the two major parties to keep people voting for them for a long time. If you don't think it is a talking point then I suppose you are brainwashed in that area too. It most defintely is a talking point to keep people from voting third parties.

Well then I can assume the position taken here that

The lesser of two evils is really the "false choice fallacy" do I have that right?

If you can't see what I am sayin about

RP Movement --> Position comes from me thinking for myself

Other --> Position can only come from brainwashing or talking points

Your logic is rediculous

Hey guys and girls,

As some of you know, I am a Ron Paul Supporter but a McCain/Palin voter. Now I know how that enrages some of you and I am not interested in debating the virtues of lesser of two evils (been there done that).

I have a background on the forums of trying to get people here to win people over to the RP way of thinking using a little wisdom instead of the usual cursing, vitrial and snow ball throwing.

I just watch Hannity's America on FOX (it comes back on at 11:00 pm central). It is unbelievable the ties obama has to socialism, islamic sympathisers, the PLO, Louis farrakhan, america haters and terrorist. It was laid out pretty clearly. The influences that he has had all through the years is simply unreal. The "Goddamn America" comment by jeremiah Wright is only the beginning of what that man has said.

Obama, IMO, has a desire to, through subtle manipulation, take America to a radical end.

I am writing this to all those in the swing states. Please consider the ramifications to your decision to vote third party. It could have dire consequenses..
I know how people feel about "scare tactics" and that this is what the "two party" system uses to promote the lesses of two evils but that does not mean there is not real evil.

I know that people here think other people voting for mccain are sheeple and that they are victims of collectivism. I understant this point of view and agree with it to some extent. But there seems to be a certain amount of collectivism in the RP movement but of course that means that collectivism and group think is OK when it is your own.

As I said I am not interested in flames or arguing. Discussion without the name calling is welcome.

Yo, don't disappoint and not sign up for McCain's war with Iran.

Okay? Because you're voting for it, it'd only be hypocritical if you didn't fight in it.

Yeah, if you have the gall to vote for war then you better get your butt over there and fight and not try to make some teenager die for you.
