I was there and it was incredible. The hall was filled to capacity 20 min before the scheduled start. Not everyone was able to get in.

so cool!

Unfortunately PpP polled today while Ron was having these huge rallies and I can't see how it wouldn't have an impact.

As do I.
(But where the hell are those people when you need 'em?)

This! I hope all these people come out to vote! It seems like we have huge rallys just hope they really come out to vote. Man, Nevada is disappointing.

How is it possible that he is drawing crowds that seem to be increasing in numbers like this and not winning by a landslide?! I have been resisting the conspiracy theory that these elections are rigged, but it is not making any sense.

I think a higher percentage of Ron Paul supporters want to meet him, shake his hand, and hear him speak than the other candidate's supporters. I am convinced that these people do show up but say, 5% of Romney supporters try to see him speak in a state and 20% of Ron Paul supporters do.

Think the photographer (AP Photo/Charles Rex Arbogast) would be willing to post the high res versions of these shots? They're truly amazing.

The crowds are not translating to the votes and I call B.S. One does not have this kind of popular appeal and place third.

They do when people want to cheer, drink beer, shake a man's hand if they get the chance and feel good about themselves instead of canvass and vote. I'm a little bit disappointed tonight, but maaaan ... this mirrors my experience as meetup organizer. Everyone loves Applebees and beer, no one loves canvassing and voting.
