Granny Warrior's March vs The Offical Campaign March

Ron Paul embarked on an informational campaign that awoke the sleepy masses. But that is as far as Ron will take us. He won't be the GOP nominee; he won't be running for President. He may or may not retain his congressional seat, but there is little more for him to do. Ron Paul declared a revolution, but the revolt has not yet begun.

Support the Grannies march on April 15. Get behind the "official march" on whatever day that might be. However, until we get in our oppressors face and say, "No more!" we are not engaged in a revolution. A march is a protest; a revolutionary action would be to legally challenge the IRS's right to collect income tax with a court challenge ($6million would be enough to do that). That is what I would like to see.

So far it's been all talk and no action. That's no revolution; that's a temper tantrum.

That's what I'm trying to say. If Ron Paul's campaign has a rally as planned, great! I'll be there. But it is scary that RP seems to be idolized. Even those of us planning to go April 15th are thrilled at the prospect of every RP supporter possible showing up in June or July. But for right now, we're doing what we can. This is about spreading a MESSAGE!! We don't need to wait for RP to tell us to. We haven't done that to date and he's told us NOT TO WAIT.

What will we do when the election is over and there's no campaign to lead us?? Come on folks!

Plain and simple, go if you can go. Fill a charter bus if you can (it's cheaper). But if you don't want to go, don't bash others who are going. You're not doing anybody any favors.

And for pete's sake leave Linda (Granny Warrior) alone!! What's the matter with you? If you have something bad to say about her, go and check out what she's done so far first.

QFT. Don't you think Ron Paul would support a protest on the IRS??

Support both the Tax Day rally and the official march(rally?)!!!

D.C. is not a good idea

D.C. is NOT a good idea.
It's restrictive, It's expensive, It's highly controlled, and they're used to ignoring 1/2 million people. It has its pro's, but it has more con's.
A D.C. event assumes media coverage, and that just ain't gonna happen unless we have mulitple events going on.

Taking over a city with plenty of room for celebrities, and mulitple events would be a much more effective use of time and money.

Paul never said it had to be D.C. - it was just a suggestion.

See Event ideas:

I'm not seeing the problem...

I not only agree that we should have both events, I agree, and many more from all corners of the movement! We need to make a lot of noise, especially as this campaign season winds down. I looked at the Granny Warriors site and yeah, I thought that the wording could have been a little more diplomatic, but in the larger scheme of things, it just didn't strike me as something to splinter the movement over. The Grannies believe in the Constitution and for the purposes of the movement, that's all I care about. The way I see it, we all have our differences on the way we'd advance the movement. A lot of us have strong personalities and there will probably be a lot of personality conflicts between us. But what we're fighting for is our very liberty. Our lives are at stake here folks. For the sake of the movement, I think it would be wise for us to try to handle these conflicts between individuals personally and with the idea that we're in this together. I'm not talking down to anyone here, either. My group has been going through the same crap (I had my fair share of blame) and it almost put us out of business and all that would have been gained was less voices for freedom. This is the sort of thing that breaks up most grassroots efforts. All I'm saying is that we should give each other some space.

I am a late comer and I won't take sides here, but lets not split the the movement. We are to thin for that.
My age and poor health will prevent me from joining in any rally, I do what I can over the computer from home, but lets all stick together as much as possible. Ron Paul is the leader. He should be making his wishes known.

The granny warriors are morons. Linda, you are not the delegated president of this revolution and when Ron Paul requested that we did not have a recount you did it any way talking shit about his campaign like your country ass knows what’s going on in Washington. Now you want to steal his march idea and make it your own. Well let’s recap your efforts. Ron Paul knew that a recount would just go to plan B and validate the machines but against his request you did it. How did that work for you and the Americans that sent you money to do it? Now you are calling for a march against his planned march and stealing his idea. Bake some corn bread and give the monkey a banana. Go back to NC and park your trailer on wheels. Most Americans can not afford your march this soon and due to the date most students or parents’ with students will not be able to attend. Park your trailer and raise your monkey but stop interfering with Ron Paul’s campaign. You are not qualified to do what you have done and I hope you realize in your NC biscuit and gravy brain that you have done harm. Raise the monkey and let people with the right qualifications be involved in this revolution. Your head has gotten way too big and I hope you do not get 1 more dime to disperse your stupid views on Americans or put gas in your trailer on wheels. Grow some corn or something but do not try to hijack this revolution with your stupidity. You are our worst enemy and you are not even smart enough to realize it. No one died and left you to lead this revolution and you have fought against Ron’s wishes the whole way. Please let America know how you are qualified to do this or shut up and raise a cucumber or something. You have robbed Americans of donations and tried to take over this revolution from Ron Paul. Please respond I am eager to hear your reply. I am going to start an all out war on stupidity and you are first in line Linda lets see how this works out. I shut down the limo because of stupidity and I bet I will shut you down because of it.

What an ass!! The Granny Warriors have done more for this movement than this clown can only dream of. Linda said their event was planned before Ron Paul even brought up the idea, so how exactly are they "stealing the idea"?

i thought that was the best thing yet! also, i think i am going to grow some cucumbers too. ha ha ha ha ha.

The grannies need to pack their bags and go home. All they do is attention seek and undermine Ron Paul and the campaign he choses to run.

Pete

I am personally pissded at the grouchy old smoking bitch. At the NC rally my son and I were at their bus and simply asked what species of monkey it was.. We got a yard of condescending lip from the old hag and took t, swallowed hard and asked politely a second time.. She replied "A republican".. Fuck you cunt.. I know i got long hair but I am much more conservative than you. I would at least entertain questions about my pet and not act like a fucking loudmouthed floozy.

There.. I have wanted to rant that since the rally. Effing bitch. Don't talk down to my son like that. Their rally will fail. they are ego trippers and suck off the money teat of the grassroots. Don't give them a dime till they get their manners straightened ouit. They are not good ambassadors for the Good Doctor.

I think it would be great if pro-freedom rallies happened constantly in Washington.

Viva la r3volution!
