Ron Paul embarked on an informational campaign that awoke the sleepy masses. But that is as far as Ron will take us. He won't be the GOP nominee; he won't be running for President. He may or may not retain his congressional seat, but there is little more for him to do. Ron Paul declared a revolution, but the revolt has not yet begun.
Support the Grannies march on April 15. Get behind the "official march" on whatever day that might be. However, until we get in our oppressors face and say, "No more!" we are not engaged in a revolution. A march is a protest; a revolutionary action would be to legally challenge the IRS's right to collect income tax with a court challenge ($6million would be enough to do that). That is what I would like to see.
So far it's been all talk and no action. That's no revolution; that's a temper tantrum.
That's what I'm trying to say. If Ron Paul's campaign has a rally as planned, great! I'll be there. But it is scary that RP seems to be idolized. Even those of us planning to go April 15th are thrilled at the prospect of every RP supporter possible showing up in June or July. But for right now, we're doing what we can. This is about spreading a MESSAGE!! We don't need to wait for RP to tell us to. We haven't done that to date and he's told us NOT TO WAIT.
What will we do when the election is over and there's no campaign to lead us?? Come on folks!
Plain and simple, go if you can go. Fill a charter bus if you can (it's cheaper). But if you don't want to go, don't bash others who are going. You're not doing anybody any favors.
And for pete's sake leave Linda (Granny Warrior) alone!! What's the matter with you? If you have something bad to say about her, go and check out what she's done so far first.
