I just tweeted "Government should do LESS. What laws have you repealed or let expire?" I tagged my US Rep, my US Senators, my governor, my state Rep and my state senator. Do you think any of them will respond?

Are you kidding ? Only a mundane would ask such a question considering that they have let the constitution expire. A real response would probably prove quite entertaining.

Have they been responding in the past? (I don't tweet so I don't know much about it.)
If they have, then you will probably get one of those polite responses that says absolutely nothing.

LOL, no. :)

Imo, if any of them respond, it'll only be by way of forwarding your thoughtcrime and Twitter handle to the Cyber Poh-lice where you'll be backtraced

Thank you for your feedback on this very important issue. We value your opinion and will consider it on upcoming legislation.

We should require that those running for office serve a stint in the Peace Corp first. For those unfamiliar, PC volunteers get paid lousy wages and are trainers. Their job is to train others and by so doing put themselves out of the job. By contrast, a politicians job is to infringe on others rights and freedoms for the purposes of job security.
