If we took this approach, then we would be stuck with lead pencil and lined paper; and couriering messages on horseback.
Who cares if some knothead at Google knows that I am conducting a signbomb on December 28th? The notion that I should be reduced to hammer and chisel on rock just because someone I may not like runs the servers at Google is ludicrous.

Google Wave Seems Exciting
I'm watching the 1.5 hour demo video of Google Wave now. It seems very exciting. I think it will revolutionize the way we communicate. I just filled out an application to get an invite. I hope I receive one....

Google Wave is dead, but this product from a different company may allow us to do what Wave was promising and more.
