Gold IRA questions

I was wondering if any of the folks here have a gold IRA?

I have an old 401k I am looking to roll into a PM IRA.

any suggestions?

Not sure about "gold" IRAs. I suspect that means that some company will store your gold for you in an IRA style account. Can you also invest in other things, or do you need two different accounts? (i.e. a brokerage IRA and a gold storage IRA)?
