Wait, the recession ended? Since when? I see a lot of stock market but not a lot of decent jobs.

The "recession" refers to the economy receeding or declining. It ends when the decline stops - not when things are back to the levels they were when the crash started.

The economy never goes up or down forever. Typically we see some sort of "correction" of varying magnitudes about every 4-6 years. Ones of hte magnitude we just experienced starting in 2007 come along about every 100 years. Will we have another economic decline in the future? Absolutely. Will it be as bad as what recently happened? Not likely.

I don't think the crash will be in the stock market. It's going to be the dollar. And the first thing people will notice is rising gas prices.

They can prop up the economy with QE as long as they want but the longer they do it the worse things will be.

These bubbles seem to work in 7 year cycles so conventional wisdom would say 2015 but I can't see them getting past the end of this year. The signs of a global recession are EVERYWHERE and no matter how badly they pump up equites and suppress commodities the fundamentals always win out. 1/5 people on food stamps, 50% of the country receiving some form of welfare, massive volatility in gold and silver, crashing copper prices, crude oil surpluses, 25% unemployment in the euro-zone.

Say what you want but this thing is teetering on the brink and the second the Fed takes the punch bowl away there will be a deflationary collapse.

Honestly no one knows. Ron paul has been warning us since 1971! So just live your life but prepare on the side.
