I thought it was good. The first half was excellent, but the second half was just bizzare and proposterous like Ron Paul said. He shouldn't have to answer for some of the crazy people out there who may or may not be supporters. It's the typical guilt by association that the media loves to spout. Ron Paul handled himself quite well.
Would have been spectacular if it wouldn't have been for some pretend supporters. I honestly would love to know who Glenn Beck would consider voting for if not the good Doctor. No one else is addressing the things that concern Beck the most.
I believe Glenn Beck wants to endorse Ron Paul, and used this interview as an opportunity to give himself political cover for what were perceived as Ron Paul's more radical elements.
I thought it was great all the way around - and by answering the questions - even the "preposterous" ones - he finally laid to rest all of the truther stuff that are being attributed to him.
Allowed his 'republican' base to drool over Ron's domestic policy.
Allowed his listeners to get some food for thought over the consequences of our foreign policy.
Allowed his listeners to get a taste of the state our economy is really in.
Allowed Ron Paul to very publicly distance himself from the "truther" agenda. I know many truthers support Ron Paul, and I welcome them. But a separation of your agenda and his agenda is a must.
Allowed Ron to close with what he believes is important for the future of this country.
I want a new investigation about 9/11 but whether or not Ron Paul believes 9/11 might have been an inside job doesn't matter. Progress for the 911 Truth Movement will be faster and easier with a NON CFR President like Ron Paul.
Something I cannot explicitly describe to you leads me to believe there was something wrong with this interview. I got a less than good vibe from me, but I don't know exactly how to articulate that vibe. Maybe someone else can. I rated the interview as only fair.
I thought the interview went very well for RP... I don't understand why they had to bring up the actions of some kooks making death threats... I'm sure Huck and Romney have some crazy supporters too but somehow I doubt they be called upon to condemn the actions of a crazy minority....
I may be different then others, but I believe Glenn Beck did Ron Paul a service by including the 911 part. He allowed Ron Paul to dissociate with those people. That way if some idiot does something extreme, Ron Paul can now wash his hands of it.
I thought the interview went well and Glenn handled it very professionally. Dr. Paul seemed to be tired. I know it's been some long days for him lately.
