Gingrich and Santorum will NOT get delegates if they don't make it past 10% of the vote!!!

I read that the delegates will only be spread among candidates with 10% and over!

Right now I'm seeing Gingrich at 9.8% and Santorum at 9.7% - hopefully the rules aren't stretched for them and they don't get rounded up.

Yep. There is a minimum 10% threshold to get a single delegate from NH.

I think we want them to get at least 1 because Ron will only get 2.

Math (taking the current 84% reporting numbers):
Romney: 77,876
Paul: 46,222
Huntsman: 34,222
Total: 158,320

Romney: 77,876 / 158,320 = 49.2% -> 5.9 delegates -> 6 delegates
Paul: 46,222 / 158,320 = 29.2% -> 3.5 delegates -> 4 delegates
Huntsman: 34,222 / 158,320 = 21.6% -> 2.6 delegates -> 3 delegates

The number of delegates = 12 × (candidate's popular vote) ÷ (total popular vote of eligible candidates) rounded to the nearest whole number.

The Granite State will award its delegates proportionally, depending on how each candidate performs in the statewide vote. Every candidate who wins 10 percent of the vote will win one delegate, plus another delegate for each additional 10 percent won. It’s likely that not every candidate will meet the 10-percent threshold, and the remaining delegates will be awarded to the statewide winner. For instance, if Huntsman wins with 20 percent of the vote, he’ll collect two delegates, plus the remaining delegates not awarded to any candidate.

More than 8% of the votes are still not in so it's very possible for Santorum and Gingrich to get one... unfortunately.
