Gibson gets raided, let's see about soliciting a RON Paul Gibson Guitar

So Gibson gets SWAT-style raided (I'm sure you've heard) on the suspicion they're using some kind of wood in their guitars. Reminds me of Rawesome Foods getting SWAT-style raided for selling raw milk.

Anyway the Gibson FB page is awash with political comments.. Tea-Party.. Conservative.. etc..

I think we should all reach out to Gibson.. and ask them.. you've always been famous for the Les Paul Gibson.. now in light of recent circumstances, it's time to release the next Paul guitar -- the RON Paul guitar!

Gibson, if you are reading this - I would buy a Ron Paul guitar in a second, but PLEASE do not use the RD body style. :)

How about a Ron Paul SG? The SG, of course, would stand for small government.

Dude, that's EFFING awesome...I used to own a Les Paul...would def. switch to an SG if they had this...
 
Didn't this happen a while ago? Brazilian Rosewood wasn't it? I love Gibson guitars, too bad they put RFID chips in there neck joints.

I prefer American Strats or my Variax but would get an RPSG as that was the only Gibson guitfiddle I ever liked to wear for more than ten minutes. The Les Paul guitars are HEAVY.

Hey, don't complain, I'm a bassist. I used to have a Rickenbacker 4001, now THAT was heavy. I think it did some permanent damage to my shoulder :D
I should get one of my instruments "revolutionized". Sometimes I wear a Murray Rothbard "Enemy of the State" shirt when performing.
 
I am gassing pretty hard for a Ric 360.

Hmmm... I didn't know this just happened again. I knew they got raided in 2009. Wow, our government is full of trash. "Hey, let's send in the stormtroopers." It really is quite sad and disturbing how far this country has fallen.

Ron Paul should look into this and release a statement. Gibson is a very well known brand, and favorite of many famous musicians who may be somewhat politically apathetic. Coming out in support of Gibson may leave a lasting favorable impression of Ron Paul in their minds, and I imagine musicians tend to be better message spreaders than the rest of us computer geeks.

Gibson screws their customers and their employees in addition to making overpriced, ill-crafted pieces of garbage. They've been on life support for years now.

There's no shot in hell you'll see a Ron Paul guitar. Long story short Gibson is corrupt and screwed in every facet of the words.
