Some of my co workers are Muslims and tell me there is an enormous Indian/Muslim cultural center on Devon Ave. in Chicago. Restaurants, stores, Mosques, gathering places, etc. If we can get Ron Paul's message regarding a humble foreign policy and no policing the world to these people, I feel we could grow our support in the Chicago muslim community. Thoughts?

There's a Muslim population, but I suspect it'll be the same problem posed like the Dearborn population in Michigan that was talked about in the Michigan thread. I have a Muslim friend who attends a Mosque and is pretty libertarian. I'll try to get on that.
I'm sure I can talk to them at least about the issues. I've been trying to court the Asian population around here as well since most of them are well-educated on the issue, but biased in the media presentation and face-time of the candidates.

Sign posting and literature in their stores
I've had a lot of success posting signs in my neighborhood, at Middle Eastern owned and Indian owned establishments. What I do is -
ask to speak to "the boss", it's always best if it's the owner.
1. Patron the establishment if possible. By something, even it only costs $1, that helps. I have also been successful without doing that.
2. Describe how RP is the best candidate for small businesses (use the small business slim jim, available at the Chicago office)
3. Mention that RP will end US meddling in the Middle East, and pull out the troops.
4. Mention that RP is against US foreign aid for Israel (if from the middle east), or for Pakistan (if from India).

Dude these people are a gold mine, i'm planning on trying to find mosques that will let me make an address on the friday before the primary...i have a fiery sermon all ready for them, they will eat it up like fat kids and pie...
