The State Policy Network, a collection of limited-government / conservative / libertarian think tanks across the country is having their annual meeting in OKC in a couple of months.
They are paying for young people who would like to attend.
I went last year and it was a blast.

Please encourage your friends and acquaintances to apply for SPN’s 2013 Generation Liberty Fellows program.
If they have an interest in working at a state-focused free-market think tank, if they’re on the job hunt or soon will be, they should apply.
Application deadline: 11:59 pm EDT, Sunday, Aug. 11.
Encourage them to apply – today – for the opportunity to attend the 2013 SPN Annual Meeting, the premier event for the free-market, state think-tank community. The Generation Liberty Fellowship guidelines and application are available online.
More than 40 young leaders will be selected to attend the 21[SUP]th[/SUP] SPN Annual Meeting, Sept. 24-27, in Oklahoma City.
What Generation Liberty Fellows receive
- $450 travel reimbursement
- Double- or triple-occupancy lodging
- Registration for the Annual Meeting, which includes all meals and receptions
A person should complete the GLF application to attend the SPN Annual Meeting because he or she:
- Has an interest in working for liberty at the state & local level
- Will meet more than 800 fantastic, liberty-minded people
- Will get the latest information about the successes and challenges across the country
- Has thoughts to share about how to reach young people with the ideas of liberty
