We've got three great chances to pick up Congressmen in Texas--Cruz for US Senate, and Stockman and Mack for Congress.

I know that Stockman and Mack have great chances, but are short on funds and volunteers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sheriff Mack at a meet the candidates night; fantastic human being! I sure would love to have him leave Lamar Smith eating SOPApillas ;)

Bump.

If an effort gets started it will be at the 11th hour, but if force a runoff we can buy some time!

I wish I was in Sheriff Mack's district. I'm not so I sent his campaign some cash instead.

Lela Pittenger!

But in the event of a runoff between Dewhurst/Cruz, then Cruz baby Cruz.

Crus doesn't need our help--as he has plenty of money and his campaign will likely win or lose based on the effort of other activists and TV and other variables outside of our control.

Steve Stockman's campaign needs help. They raised under $30,000, but still managed to poll only 1% behind the leader, who spent $300,000. And they both beat a sitting State Senator and lots of local businessmen and politicians (small town mayors or city councilors and the like). Stockman could really use our help in this race and he is most certainly one of us. http://congressmanstevestockman.com/

I think that's because Stockman's small signs were put EVERYWHERE. Telephone polls, etc. I'm going to remind my neighbors to vote for the runoff.
