German media: ISIL recruit new members through office in Turkey

According to a German television channel, Turkish members of the ISIL have set up an office in Istanbul to support and assist other militants in Iraq and Syria. They charge new members 400 dollars each before sending them to Syria and Iraq. The reports say 2-thousand European youths have been recruited in Istanbul over the past few months. Turkish media and politicians have repeatedly condemned Ankara’s stance towards ISIL militants.
The Turkish government vehemently denies any accusation of turning a blind eye to the growth of ISIL, and says they branded them a terrorist organization in 2013. The growth of ISIL has prompted the international community to co-ordinate its response to what is now seen as not merely a regional threat but a global one. The EU commission estimates that at least 2,000 militants have come from Europe to fight alongside the ISIL, and that most of these initially stopped in Istanbul. The Syrian policy of the AKP government has been based on overthrowing President Bashar al-Assad. However, many commentators feel that the Turks are hampered in tackling the growing ISIL threat because the militants have kidnapped and are holding hostage 49 Turkish citizens from Turkey's consulate general in Mosul, northern Iraq. The news that the terrorist group ISIL is operating in Turkey's largest city is a massive headache for the Turkish authorities. The new Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu must now face up to the complete failure of his Syria policy whilst Foreign Minister, and how best to contain and eradicate a very real danger to the safety of Turkey.

I'd really like to know what these ppl think they're fighting for. Its 2014 ffs. Its one thing to be religious, but these ppl are crazy. They'd execute their own relatives. Seriously, Turks are smart ppl, its not a backwards country.
