Geraldo Rivera on Fox & Friends: "Ron Paul Is Right"

So when we do open up that gold vault at the Knox, should we extract a few bars and test them for tungsten or whatever? :D

On Fox N Friends this morning, they actually said Ron Paul was the frontrunner....and then they spent the rest of the segment talking about Newt.

Yay.. looks like Geraldo's son might have made him see the light.

Even the fox dude kinda mocking that we should take over puerto rico... lol

Kinda shows he thinks our foreign policy is crazy i think

We shouldn't be "projecting our power later". That's how we got into this mess to begin with. We spent 9 years and a trillion dollars in Iraq and it's falling apart the second we step out of there, not to mention all the ill will we likely generated by going there.

He's more of a Huntsman type, not Ron Paul supporter.

Actually Geraldo is showing us all something important here. There is not only one angle to promote Paul's foreign policy. If we want people to get on board, we need to find as many angles as possible to promote the foreign policy. The Lord knows the MSM won't help us.

1) The troops are tired of fighting. 2) The troops want to see their families again. 3) This is getting too costly, and we can use the money back home.

It does not always have to be a constitutional argument. You can also add that bit, once someone starts to soften up. You can also start talking about how soldiers think the whole thing is a mistake, too. These two arguments are not always the best thing to say, at first.

Basically, soften people up and acknowledge what they are saying, even if it sounds like a talking point.

very good point ,you should make it a thread!

I almost wish Ron would explain it like that. It's very easy to swallow for those into foreign involvement...puts focus on the troops and giving them a rest...saying they've been at war for 10 years. The reality sets in.
