I believe he knew he was black and with the recent problems they've had with black robbers, he decided to profile this black stranger. Is that a fact? cos I would like to see where its written that getting you head bashed in is a sign that one did not initiate a fight. But we can speculate that Travvon probably started the fight when you consider his history with fights and the fact that he left the house and then came back out. Those are facts that can lead one to safely conclusion that Travon most likely started the fight

By the same token, we know the neighbourhood had experienced a rash of robberies committed by black people and Zimmerman as a neighbourhood watchman must have been looking out for the people who did this. Travon was walking on a well lit street with his hands exposed and Zimmerman was in his car with headlights on and from these facts, I can safely conclude that Zimmerman could tell that he was black.


And a person as smart as Stephan should know this, but in his zeal to paint Zimmerman as an angelic figure would never ever think of profiling people based on race, something we all do on different levels both positively or negatively in our daily lives led him to miss it.

Not even... The mere fact that there is an abundance of doubt as to what happened that night means that you can't prove any of the scenarios. Therefore, Not Guilty.

Remember, it's a worse tragedy to send an innocent man to prison than it is to let a guilty man free. If you can't prove either, then it would have been a travesty to convict.

Oh for crying out loud! Trayvon's father lived in the complex. It's BS to say that he shouldn't have been there. He had every freaking right to be there! He should have been convicted years ago when he assaulted an undercover cop, but he got away with that because his daddy's a retired judge. So he tried to overcompensate for his thug past by being a wannabe cop. He shouldn't have been doing neighborhood watch patrols by himself and if he thought Trayvon was a thief or a rapist or a murderer he shouldn't have gotten out of his car without backup. Had Trayvon been packing, Zimmerman would be dead. Good result?
