He makes a lot of good points. One was the atrocities committed by the radical Mulsim jihadists against religious minorities, such as the Christians. Why help them? Another great point was if this is some kind of international punishment for use of chemical weapons, why are Russia and China excluded? Who made Britain and the US the world Police?

1) His ”theory…” was expressed at a different location than the floor of the Parliament, the setting of the speech in the OP. So no "lies".

2) “Israel” has been supporting the rebels and supports the US warring on Syria, so it bares significant blame for the carnage of Syrians and the current state of affairs, one way or another.
