I am bitterly disappointed that Ron seems to really be ruling out a third party or independent run. :(

So, assuming Obama wins on the Dem side, will you write in Ron's name or vote for Obama?

For me, as much as I'd like to write in Ron's name, I will vote for Obama, because I want to actually stop McCain from getting the White House. For me, foreign policy and war is my #1 issue, and Obama has a good message on foreign policy - talk to people, trade with people, and stop the war-mongering. Bring ALL the troops home from Iraq. This will save of hundreds of billions right away.

Sure, Obama is basically a socialist, but so are McCain and Hillary. For me, it's all about stopping these wars. It's not just the cost, it's the fact that by continuing to have troops over there, we are asking for real trouble down the road, like a nuke going off in one of our cities.

Obama won't stop the war. Not in any reasonable amount of time. Obama is all talk and no substantive record to back it up.

I will never again vote for someone who does not represent me. I'm done playing that game.

I'm writing in Ron Paul if I have to because none of the other options represent what I want in a leader.

They're all the same, no matter who wins. The only difference is that with a democrat, we'll have universal healthcare that will raise taxes from 25% to 45%. I see no point in supporting anyone besides Ron Paul, even if it means a write-in.

Yes but your vote will not influence who wins the White House. It will just be a protest vote. I want to actually STOP McCain.

Dude, have you not learned a damn thing? Obama stop the wars? Wtf?

If you could vote for any of those crooks, especially obama, I dont think you really understand the nature of the RP revolution.

Personally, I will most likely vote LP if Pauls not on the ballot. I would encourage everyone here to do the same.

The best way to "stop" anyone is to infiltrate the Senate and House with RP Platform candidates... This is the true solution... congress has more power than the pres in the end.

Your post was read on Ron Paul Revolution Radio. The host labelled you a summer patriot.

As much as Obama seems like a good guy, I can't, in good conscience, vote for him because of his economic plan. He is the biggest spender of all the candidates, which will simply push us towards economic collapse much faster than the others.

I can't do it. I can't. I won't.

I can only vote for Ron Paul. I can't do anything else.

I will do whatever it takes to keep McCain out because of the war issues, but I can't vote for anyone but Paul. I just can't.

It sounds like you will do anything.... except cast a vote that would actually stop him.

considering the fact that Paul and Obama are polar opposites, I would say write-in Paul. Paul is the most conservative member in congress and Obama is the most Liberal. How could you consider Obama? Is it because he says change so much?

Are they polar opposites on the war? I don't think so.

Yes they are you fool. Obama Is an interventionist. Obama has threatened war with pakistan. Obama has said He would not withdraw the troops by 2013. Obama Conveniently did not vote on the resolution delaring iran's army a terrorist group.

How can you still be so blind?

ps. obama voted for the patriot act.

I have to hand it to you troll. You've shown some serious commitment to be here for 2 months with 2,470 posts. Do you get your check from the CIA or National Rupublican Party?

I have a conscience. I don't trust Obama to actually stop the war--have you looked at his stances?

If there was anyone else who would really stop the war, I'd consider it, but he's not stating that he would get out, he doesn't take Iran off the table and he's mentioned that he wants to go into Pakistan.

I don't really believe that there's much difference between Hillary, Obama and McCain, with the exception that Obama is the biggest spender and would bring on a recession much faster than the others.

Look at the numbers.
