I am really liking the farming idea. What is the best place to buy farm land? Preferably coastal states with low taxes on land.

Try Eastern NC man, a lot of farms getting foreclosed on in the Hyde county/Beaufort county areas. Some of them corporate too, set to auction at some point if they cant get a buyer.
