A horde of glitter-wielding gay "barbarians" on Thursday paid a visit to a clinic owned by GOP presidential candidate Michele Bachmann and her husband, Marcus.

The colorfully dressed group had scheduled an appointment at Bachmann & Associates and were demanding to be disciplined.

The barbarians appeared to be taking Marcus up on his belief that gays and lesbians are in need of "discipline"to remedy their "sinful nature," a philosophy he espoused over a year ago on a Christian radio show.

If you're talking about the same test I'm thinking of, the methodology is flawed, and the test actually proved no such thing. I still maintain that it is impossible to determine if a person is gay just by looking at or talking to them. (That's been the politically correct meme up until now that the left needs it to change.)

Point of clarification. "We" haven't had anything to do with this. That said, both sides are ridiculous. Marcus for using the term "barbarians" and the gay protesters for acting that way. When Christ ministered to the woman caught in adultery He didn't say "Come here you barbarian whore!" You don't have to insult someone just to reach out to them.

I guess science isn't my strong suit so I can't really comment on methodology too much. It did seem pretty convincing though. I can't find the original one I read prior but it involved women since they are equipped to look men over, evolutionarily speaking. So being able to spot a gay man would be beneficial. I think the theory is that gay men are exposed to different levels of hormones while in the womb and so that will eventually affect their face as they grow up. I also read a theory that since they are gay, they have different facial expressions so using those muscles constantly will also affect their overall facial look.

For over 3 years I've had to regularly take trips up to Ogunquit, ME for work. It's one of the gay capitals of the world. They look different to me. This is my opinion so I'm not using this to make a point.

I can't watch the video, but it means you're bi.

Bi-curious means you think you might be bi but haven't acted on it. Most if not all of these people are bi to some extent, but doesn't necessitate that one acts on these urges.

This is absolutely ludicrous. Gays are not like black people where their "gayness" is immediately recognizable. It's not a physical trait. It's a mental thing. Also, it is really terrible that you promote this propaganda that those who oppose homosexuality based on its sinful nature are also homosexuals. Look, I've brought the study that says it can be seen physically. Now you and another person are refuting this and I even humbly claimed my ignorance on the intricacies of scientific methodology.

Remember my "duck" analogy? I'm not saying everyone who opposes homosexuality are homosexuals. I'm saying in this one specific case of a person with all these traits adds up to a homosexual. If he just walks like a duck is not enough to conclude anything, but when you add quacking, swimming, and appearance...well...

Suppression simply means you know it's there but you don't act on it. I don't know how you can say that people don't do that. It's a very basic thing.
