It would make much more sense for both of them to run but for the movement to unite behind Paul. As Paul is around 6-7% nationwide and Johnson is only at 1%. But Johnson could bring some important issues into the debates like marijuana legalization.

I hope this means that Jon Stewart's "big news" is he is announcing someone at his rally, and Colbert will announce that Ron Paul will be at the rally as well... imagine the exposure on that. (Especially if he was one of the only politicians there) -- "Only one house representative was at the rally... mainly because he is the only sane one..." --
