“The CPD requirements say Johnson ‘must register support of at least 15 percent of the vote in five recent polls,’” Dearn said. “Nowhere does it say those polls must include three candidates. Indeed, the polls used by the CPD to exclude Johnson test only two candidates even though Gov. Johnson is on the ballot in 48 states. We argue that Gov. Johnson has met the specific and narrow criteria laid out by the CPD.

No, it would be a positive for libertarians since the actual libertarian, Ron Paul, would come out on top. Hopefully it will make the LP reconsider nominating non-principled candidates in the future.

Too bad GJ does not have $Ms to burn like Ross Perot did (buying up blocks of TV time...).

It does not even have to be a "live" debate; Uncle Ross pulled ~20% with some crappy looking flip charts.

The problem is, all the working/wealthy Liberty seekers put together can't possibly raise enough funding to compete with trillions of federal reserve fiat dollars that are used make the entire smoke and mirrors war/manipulation machine roar along and employ millions of other Amerikans in the process.

Don't expect MSM, MIC, Banker or Corporate (protected monopoly) looters to toss back some of their dollars to fund their political/ideological enemy. Liberty and truth are threats to their dream world fascist gravy train.

Not a chance in Hell of pulling this off... Who really expects to have a fair debate with these toads? It's also insane to think a win will somehow result in "free" MSM air time awarded by some gov court when their real mission is only to protect those in power and maintain the status quo.

There is only a slight possibility that this circus could result in a small token fine that would pay off some lawyers and then get passed right back into another government agency. Don't worry, the fed would be "paying" for it all; no taxpayer funds are required (directly).
