G4 - Attack of the Show appearance - Video Links Included!

Now, you all know The Loop is where our man, Kevin Pereira hosts a roundtable discussion about what’s happening in the world of pop culture.

Every day we treat those stories with the same import we would any other weighty news, because they have an impact on the things you love; games, girls, gadgets, movies and more.

This time, we’re stepping outside of our safe zone and addressing topics that are not only of interest (and immense value) to us, but should be supremely important to every citizen of this great republic.

Tonight, on The Loop: One-on-One, we’ll play host to presidential hopeful and Republican congressman from Texas, Ron Paul. He’ll be honestly and openly discussing his views on everything from (multi) media censorship to campaign finance reform. Tune in. It could be some of the most important television you ever watch.

Also, Paul will be answering your Stickam questions live, on air, so don’t miss this chance to talk directly to the man who could be our next President.

CRAP! If I knew he'd be in stickam I would've joined in!

Yeah i saw it he did well. He made it clear he does not want to tax or regulate the internet at all.

But he seemed like he was upset or down though? I guess he has been pretty busy maybe just tired.

This is his 3rd interview today, plus I assume he's had several votes in the House. The man has been burning the candle at both ends lately.

Oh my, good job!

I love his honesty by conceding he does not know enough to decide how to regulate the internet (leaving the fact that he would be opposed to it anyways, and it is also unconstitutional).........

He might look like Gandalf but he doesn't fight for the people.
He voted against raising the minimum wage.
He voted against ending tax cuts for oil companys.
He voted with the Bush agenda 75% of the time not counting times he did not vote.
Another Repulican from Texas?
Can you say $6 a gallon gas?

After clearly explaining that when government makes laws to "regulate" or "de-regulate" something, it gives "tacit approval" to ultimately and completely regulate it...

He might should have mentioned something about corporate welfare, but I realize some of these things are important for people to research responsibly. If people understood the difference between capitalism & corporatism. ;)

Overall he did get to go into more "detail" and less "sound byte" in this interview. :)

PS: My 6 year old is standing over my shoulder insisting on placing multiple smilies in this post so pardon the next line!

 :o :D :p

That person just needs some education.

Someone who's tech savvy should post at their forum, offer some links to source material.

RonPaulLibrary.com comes to mind...

Oh geez, wtf, that person sounds like a statist or socialist.

Ron is fighting for everyone's liberty, and the responsibility that comes with liberty.

Minimum wage creates less jobs and hurt businesses. If minimum wage is so good, why not just making it 100 dollars/hour? How much will that burger cost now?

What's wrong with tax cuts?

Where is the 75% coming from?

Can you say lower cost gas? Thanks to the free-market, ending needless wars, bringing home troops, and tax cuts. We'll have more money too once he cuts income taxes.

Man, he really gets names confused sometimes. John Dean =/= Howard Dean.

This was a great interview. The were very pro-paul. The interviewer just threw up the questions and let RP answer them. And they were a set of questions different than the usual topics.

I just saw ron paul on the Attack of the show on G4 tech

Both of the hosts of the show did a great job and even ron paul did great
even the questions were fair.

I wish someone here can youtube it.
