It's getting less and less each time we do one.
I realize the short amount of time that's gone into promoting the last couple, but at this point in the race, anyone who's been a RP supporter for even a few weeks knows where to go for info. It shouldn't be very hard for the word to travel quick that there's a Money Bomb.
I don't buy that too many people are maxed out, either. The max-outs are probably such a small minority in the donors. Most people can't afford to have given $2,300 dollars over only the last few months. I'm one of them. I have 2 young kids to feed, and I've been out of work since before Thanksgiving.
That, plus the average donor amount on big days was only around $100.
If this is how things are going to continue to be, we'll never keep Ron funded all the way through to the convention.
Either most people just can't afford it right now, or they are losing the motivation to continue giving, because they are starting to realize that MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, Ron won't be winning the nomination. I think that's why so many people are calling for a 3rd party run.
What are we going to do about this, troops?
