So, I do a lot of activist stuff and sometimes end up with e-mails from places I don't know much about.
This is one of those times, does anyone here know the story on FreedomWorks for America ?
I want to make sure there's due diligence before I interact with them at all and I'd love some first hand intel to go with my research.

FreedomWorks are the betrayers of the Tea Party. It was they key organization that co-opted and re-purposed the original, citizen-taxpayer based revolt.

I signed up for their free pocket constitution they offered awhile ago. It showed up a few months later. They are fake conservatives, all talk about smaller government and more freedoms but they ignore Ron Paul. You know like every other self proclaimed 'tea party' organization.

I'd toss Americans for Prosperity in with them on that. The Heritage Foundation is likely their policy arm.

I agree. Freedomworks has the Tea party spinning so many different ways they think they're performing on Dancing With The Stars.
