Freedom Watch and Judge Napolitano Attacked

Well, the author is right about one thing: Fox did spend eight years applauding executive power expansion....

Can we let Judge Nap know about the hit piece and the author's previous advocation of secession, and let him nail her on it??? He needs to bring it up on Freedom Watch next week.

Maybe Shelly can make sure that happens.

and maybe somebody should email him...

The funniest thing is that the author thinks adherence to the Constitution is "outrageous". Lol.

The Judge knows for sure. Not sure if he'll bring it up, but he knows.

Campaign to Defend the Constitution (DefCon) was an American online organization founded in September, 2005 to support the constitutional separation of church and state and to oppose what it perceived as the growing influence of the religious right. It was a project of the Tides Center, a non-profit organization that funds progressive groups.

They attack the "religious right" and use the Constitution to do it.

Fools.
