sadly, I imagine many other states have received, are receiving the same "training" - perhaps send both to out of state agencies?

If you want to do this, I would not say "put up with". As it is, far to many cops and citizens put up with far too much.

I would say "fight and prosecute" instead. Just my 2c

I wouldn't bet on that. Similar stuff has been found in other states, and this was shared information thru the FEMA Fusion Centers.
 
anyone in missouri know the first newspapers to run the story?
find those reporters and deliver it to them. (in person if you can- they may want to interview you)
 
What about other forums? I didn't see it on gold is money- I don't have an account there if anyone does maybe post it? Get it on forums, people pick it up on their blogs.

Has anyone sent it to Beck yet? Napolitano? What about a Digg link?
