Sounds similar to a lot of the other states, lost the popular vote but ended up with a good chunk of the state delegates. Everyone is excited to cast a vote yet dont want to spend the extra energy and effort to go to a state convention.

The other thing to consider in WA is that we have a lot of alternates. If non-Paul delegates skip/forget the county convention we will pick up even more state delegates.

The problem with this is that unless we get 20% in the primary on the 19th, the most national delegates we can take from WA is 18/40 and that is if we sweep the caucus delegates.
