That's why we should screw YouTube (even before they start inserting ads, which they will) and use P2P to distribute media. It should still be possible to make plug-ins that embed videos right in the browser...

Important:

Post them in your OWN video under fair use. This can work if you add some commentary or a collage of images between the debate bits. They need to stay on youtube.

The entire debate should be out there for everyone to see -- along with just this clip.

Does anyone know the best way to save/re-upload it so it doesn't lose so much quality?

I converted it to flv, then converted the flv to an avi... but the quality looks really bad.
