Fox and Dominion Voting Systems reached a $787 million settlement Tuesday in the voting machine company’s defamation lawsuit, averting a trial in a case that exposed how the top-rated network chased viewers by promoting lies about the 2020 presidential election...

The resolution in Delaware Superior Court follows a recent ruling by Judge Eric Davis in which he allowed the case to go to trial while emphasizing it was “CRYSTAL clear” that none of the allegations about Dominion aired on Fox by Trump allies was true.

In a statement issued shortly after the announcement, Fox News said the network acknowledged “the court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false.” It did not respond to an inquiry asking for elaboration.

It's as obvious as Rudolph's shiny red nose that Dominion is corrupt as hell. Nope, I can't prove that, but it's obvious to me. I can't wait until they get their come-uppance. I certainly think so. I could screenshot my MSN homepage (default homepage for anyone who owns a microsoft windows computer). Let you count out the number of liberal versus conservative sources for yourself, as well as the comment upvote/downvotes. Seems like the left has pretty well embraced and dominated the corporatocracy.

Meanwhile the best the right has, is a Fox News network that calls elections before they're done (which didn't get them any brownie points, surprisingly not-surprisingly), and a smattering of much lesser news organizations—one of which is Newsmax which will most likely be ruined into oblivion by their pending $2.7 billion lawsuit, much to the glee and jubilation of The_Count and Sonny Tufts who are by my estimation an accurate reflection of leftists here at RPF. (as if the leviathan corporatocracy really needs their help trolling a message board that's over 15 years old).
