Thankfully the Black communities in the US are smarter than this. They know they are disenfranchised by the mainstream Republican AND Democratic candidates, and Rand Paul is one of the only candidates who has addressed some of the issues that matter to them. Despite what stereotypes the media wants to portray, Black Americans are not a monolithic group of people living in the ghetto voting Democrat and collecting their welfare checks.
