Fox News hit piece: GOP worried about Rand Paul's Senate seat

Total bullshit he's one of the most popular politicians in Kentucky and his senate seat is in no danger..

This looks to be another one from politico. They must have alerts in their newsfeed set for anything Rand.

That or, I don't know, it's a trending story.

It is killing Neocon media and the GOP establishment that Rand is still in the race with a potential to educate voters on foreign policy counter to their wacky Neocon beliefs. They will say anything and repeat the lie so that it will stick in the voters mind to drive Rand's poll numbers down in hopes he will drop out.

With Bush polling low, Trump leading and Rand in the race it has been a complete disaster for the Neocons this cycle. Their only hope at this point is that Rubio and Fiorina continue to do well.

Having Trump sucking up the votes of the disaffected has been a disaster for the neocons? How? Is it because he advocates taking over middle eastern countries and stealing their oil? That's no disaster for neocons at all--it reinforces their narrative. Of course, neocons don't steal the oil, these wars are corporate welfare for the oil companies, which steal the oil. And Trump doesn't even talk to people with brains enough to understand that you can't steal all that oil overnight and take it along with you, because there aren't enough storage tanks in the world to hold it all, so the only way to get it is through extended occupation of the territory. But helping the average American idiot forget that necessity is also a boon to their narrative. There's nothing neocons like better than someone making war sound simpler and more profitable than it really is.

All Trump does is give the media an excuse for not covering anyone who is trying to hold an adult conversation, and make them look magnanimous for doing it because he's vaguely cussing them the whole while (without ever saying anything about their shenanigans, but instead just playing whiny baby and hollering, 'they're not fair to me' when in fact they're totally giving him far, far more attention than he ever deserved).

And best of all, they don't have to worry about whether he really will play ball with them if handed power because there's no way in hell even twenty-five percent of the voting population will ever buy his bull and elect him. Only twenty-five percent are stupid enough to even listen for more than five seconds. But that twenty-five percent could make a truly anti-establishment faction dangerous to them, if they weren't bedazzled by bullshit.

The Powers That Be--and most especially the neocons--couldn't be happier with the results they've gotten from Trump's dog and pony show. Couldn't be happier. That and the Sanders Fad has dragged nearly eighty percent of political discourse in this nation far, far away from anything remotely resembling an adult conversation.

Now that we've set that bullshit statement aside yet again, can we allow one thread on this Paul website to be about a Paul for a change? Thank you ever so much. Lord, I can't believe you claim not to be paid for spamming this tripe that Trump is something other than a distraction. Even if it's true, what kind of idiot brags about doing for free what the entire mainstream media is being paid billions to do?
