Fourth of July Focus

It would be nice if all Meetup groups focus their efforts on 4th of July festivals. On that day, even people who normally ignore politics for most of the year have the country in the forefront of their mind. Hand outs and such would be a must.

the 4th of July stands for so much in this country and what better way to celebrate what it is for than to educate people on the Constitution/Bill of Rights/Declaration of Independence. Dr. Paul should promote for this sort of education to be part of high school curriculum, naturally the decision would be left in the hands of the School Boards. Coincide this with the 4th holiday and it may get folks thinking.

It would be nice if every citizen read those documents.

I agree, what could be better than a Ron Paul float in the 4th of July parade? Restore the Constitution is perfect for Independence Day.
I am planning a Ron Paul float for our local meetup group. It should be a good time to pass out fliers and get the word out.

Why not plan a Ron Paul float in your area? The spirit of "76" for "08"

Post cards or Balloons at Fireworks events.

Hit your NEIGHBORHOOD parade or fireworks event and give away helium ballons to the kids.

Attach a post card with Ron Paul info to the balloon string!!

Love the idea, I'M giving out copies of the Bill of Rights labeled "Ron Paul's Talking Points" with some information about his voting record. People feeling patriotic might be in the mood to remember what keeps us free.
