It doesn't look like there is any single voting blocks on this, just click back and then click vote again.

There is a "Vote Again" hot spot in the lower left hand side of the screen. There is no reason to click back.

I don't know if it's being rigged, but I think the ability to vote multiple times is a big factor.

Oh, and it seems they're using some sort of Ajax poll.
