A friend and I did a little neighborhood cleanup last night and swept away a few dozen pesky stencil signs. I genuinely apologize to the creators of these, since it looks as though a lot of work probably went into cutting the stencils, hacking up old campaign signs, spray painting, scaling some really tall telephone poles, some pretty hardcore stapling, etc... there was one that was particularly impressive where the letters even faded from white to red on a blue background. Color me impressed! But seriously, y'all. They were eyesores. I don't want to see that sh*t on my way to work every day, you know? It was cluttering up the landscape. We in Nashville work hard to keep our streets clean. So what goes up must come down, yes? We plan on continuing our work in the coming weeks.

Anyway, if these are yours and you want them back, and you PROMISE not to put them up again, we might be able to work out a deal or something. Long live the rEVOLution!

Oh, and also, please please PLEASE avoid the plastic ties in the future. They were a real b*tch.

Appears to be a vigilante troll . . . McCain supporter???

By the way, everyone, triple up on those plastic ties . . .

The troll made some crappy looking signs too.. good thing he didn't put those up where the public could see them.

nice, now our enemies provide proof of their immoral, un-ethical ways. And then comes around to childishly act like it's taunts are anything other than the screeching wail of a dying breed. Silly boy, you should get off the endangered species list and join the people with the truth on our side

You did not take down those signs. Props to you for taking care of them, they are so nicely spread out on the sofa.

Great detective work there, Amistad! They do not appear to have been removed from anything . . .

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if he made them himself. Much like the cheap crappy artwork on the walls.:p

The picture probably displays signs made by a Ron Paul supporter before they were hanged and this person just found the picture online and is pretending they "found" them and "took them down.

/ponder... taking down campaign materials is rather illegal. Someone claim them and find out who it is. :p
