I went to the "No King" protest here in my town in W. PA to see what was happening, simply because I don't trust social media or the newz. The town is solid RED and they voted for Trump not once, but twice, and here they are protesting the Orange Man.

I recognized a few folks from prior activism efforts, so of course I had to rub in in good and hard and said: "how many times have I warned you".

Out of an estimated 300 I spoke to about 30 people to get an idea of what their positions were:

22 - Believe that Trump/Administration is trashing the Bill of Rights.

8 - Believe that Trump isn't going far enough to get rid of the "invaders".

19 - Trump has too much power and Congress needs to step in.

11 - Congress should work closer with Trump.

25 - Think that Operation Warp Speed was NOT good for this country.

5 - Think that Operation Warp Speed was GREAT for this country.

22 - Never heard of Peter Thiel/Palantir.

8 - Heard about Peter Thiel/Palantir.

29 - Does NOT know who Whitney Webb is.

1 - Knows who Whitney Webb is.

22 - "Remembers" James Corbett.

8 - Never heard of James Corbett.

0 - Knows about Mises.org.

28 - Does NOT listen to Ron Paul Liberty Report.

2 - Knows about or listens to Ron Paul Liberty Report.

16 - Supports Israel and believes what they are doing is right but does NOT want to fund them.

7 - Does not care either way about Israel but does NOT want to fund them.

7 - Supports Israel and believes we SHOULD fund them.

24 - Does not want Trump tampering with Medicare.

6 - Medicare should be more "efficient".

23 - Looking forward to J.D. Vance 2028.

7 - Too soon to see who will be on the ballot.

20 - Think that dual citizens should not be in U.S. politics but Elon Musk is an exception.

9 - Foreigners should NOT be involved in U.S. politics including Elon Musk but it's ok to hire him and others as "consultants".

1 - Foreigners should not come into our country but if they want to run for office it's ok. [huh??????]

The bottom line is I have no clue as to what they are protesting about or what they support/don't support. Which reinforces why this country is fucked and the next election won't matter either. I did see some "Don't Tread On Me" shirts, but that doesn't tell me much either. 22 do believe that the Trump/Administration is trashing the Bill of Rights, and they were carrying signs that read "Support the Constitution", so at least that's something.

Good update, thanks.

I was looking for more wen Obummer and pelosi bill decided fining people w/ no insurance was constitutional. Now people want more dirty immigrants on welfare too living in welfare state usa , only 6 in 10 Americans work , only 2 pay more tax tan recieve. Complete economic retards. You may see wy dont believe it is correctable

Good update, thanks.

I asked the most simplistic of questions in hopes of striking up deeper conversations, but they were such low information folks that I didn't bother wasting my time. Otherwise I would have asked more questions and tallied those responses too. I was almost going to ask each person specifically why they think Trump considers himself a "king", but with the varied responses to the basic questions, it didn't make sense for me to go any further. They gave their consent at the booth, including the Reps that they voted for, they deserve what they get?

In fairness, they all stood by their religious beliefs, the 2nd A, and they oppose war which I do applaud, but as far as Follow the Money, the corporatist lobbies, knowing what's in the bills and knowing each and every one of the BoR's outside of the 1st and 2nd, they don't know and are just your garden variety R and D voters who look forward to another round.

There were of course Democrats there too who were religious and oppose war, on the surface they and the R's were pretty much in line with each other. It was actually a pretty peaceful protest.

One of my other cohorts handed out slips of paper with informational inks and passed those out. It was fun to get out and mingle until it wasn't lol

I can't even imagine going to this. You are better than me, I would have lost my mind. As you found out, I knew they were low information people who would attend crap like this because the TV told them too.

Randomly protesting Trump and calling him a king is about as stupid as Trump's birthday parade was. I didn't support Trump the first two times. I think Trump changed a bit for the better when forces within the government almost let him be assassinated. Now I reluctanly think he is doing mostly ok. I've always mostly agreed with his policy, just thought the guy was personally offensive.

I think he's taking the wrong approach to the immigration issue. Yes it really is a problem, but some show deportations is doing almost nothing to help. The other point I disagree with him is on Israel, I hope he is seeing their leadership for what it is, troublemakers and warmongers. I think he may be on the verge of cutting them off. We shall see soon.

Of course you did.

And your "former Trumpers" are just as genuine as the ones the MSM digs up with long records of donating to and voting for Dems, right up until Biden and Harris.

Does that include the dozen or so who are regular posters to this very site?

sooner or later you will have to face reality

You had a typo ^. Remember, they're not mine.

Even Trump donated to various Democrats, including Hitlery, and Kamala TWICE. Then they got into office making it more difficult for the based people to do what they needed to do.

PS: If you look at the protesters in the pics that I posted, you [or I] don't see any "invaders". What I did see were a few folks I ran into before the election who wore MAGA hats and ladies with dyed-red hair. You know, your peeps; ie: low information "voters".

Thanks PAF for the report.

Boobus actually understands some things but the things they don't know are the things that are killing them.

It is hard to pick a winner on the scariest issue, but ignorance of Palantir and support of JD Vance would be my picks.

PAF man, so these werent even Leftys?

There were Lefty's, Indy's and Repubs, it was pretty much a hodge-podge. I just happened to recognize quite a few of them from previous events when they threw their support behind Trump. The very same folks I gave the printed "On the Records" to and they threw them away.

Just what the powers that be fear the most -- a bipartisan group of voters talking to each other.
