We're not sure, but I can't imagine many people inviting him to speak at their events. His speaking schedule should be pretty open.

on a lighter note, i really hope Mr. Bush and Bush senior can make an appearance....i just want to shake their hands....theyre the most influencial and amazing people this world has ever seen....

make sure everyone wears clean underwear to the picnic!!! and i have an abundance of hand sanitizer!!! woop woop!!

I assure you, we were not making fun of you specifically in this thread. Seriously, the picnic thing is a coincidence (that I just found).

Along those same lines, I read your post that I quoted you from. I think that it is wrong that you were called a troll for your well thought out post about not having the march.

I think people are very defensive about it because it is not like the grassroots were like "Should we march on Washington?". Ron Paul called for it and we do take our marching orders from Ron Paul around here.

So whether or not we should have a march/rally in Washington DC is really not a debatable issue right now on these forums. Not that we don't enjoy discourse, but when a decision has been made by Ron Paul, it stands. We do get troll behavior here and it is usually trying to convince people to go against Ron Paul's wishes, so that is probably why people reacted to your thread the way they did. However I do think that people should stop calling people trolls so quickly.

Regardless, I can now see why you were so upset about this thread but rest assured...it had nothing to do with you.

Personally, I believe that we should present them with awards. After all if it wasn't for them we would not be having a picnic.
 
I know this is intended as a joke thread (I think) but the idea of a Ron Paul Picnic might be the way to go... we could have the world's largest picnic ever... and have a better chance of getting in the MSM than the over used and ineffectual march idea.

Plus, we might make it into the Guinness World Record book... largest picnic crowd, largest checkboard picnic blanket, most people caught in a rain shower, largest number of ants to invade a picnic... loads of opportunity here. :)

Maybe we should plan it in... oh, New York... perhaps upstate... say on a farm...
oh wait... that's already been done... nevermind... we need another location.
