It is already a fact that the countries surrounding Israel get more money than Israel, but how much more. That's where I found the U.S. Overseas Loans and Grants Greenbook Excel Spreadsheet from this link: http://gbk.eads.usaidallnet.gov/data/detailed.html
The "Foreign Assistance, 1946–2011" link at the bottom is what I used. Please note that I have calculated everything in historical dollars rather than current dollars. The Middle Eastern countries that I have used are Afghanistan, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lybia, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
From my research, between FY1946 and FY2011, Israel got $75,953,690,774 in military aid, while Middle Eastern countries got $127,819,412,225. For economic aid, Israel got $34,164,336,775 while Middle Eastern countries got $127,833,995,143. The total aid, both military and economic, for Israel are $110,118,027,549, while Middle Eastern countries got $255,653,407,368. More than double that of Israel (or 2.32 times more if you want an exact number).
