I've found that it DOES NOT work to get an otherwise conservative war-supporter on Ron Paul's side by jumping right in and hitting hard on the war. I have friends who like to think of themselves as conservative, even libertarian, and I try to win them over to Ron Paul's side by telling them how he has never voted for an unconstitutional bill, a tax increase or a gun restriction. I tell them how he is entirely opposed to amnesty and wants to end birthright citizenship. How he wants us out of the UN. Etc, etc. I almost never bring up the war with conservatives.
I don't think its a good idea to call in to his show specifically about his campaign to get his listeners to call Ron Paul.
Then by all means, don't do it.
I think we can waste too much time critiquing the efforts of others. Just don't do it; and find something, anything to do which agrees with your concerns.
Maybe someone could mention that Ron Paul won a couple of straw polls this week by landslides?
Also, today on my way to work, Iwas listening to Laura Ingraham (the Iowa Straw poll emcee), and she had Jerome (?) Corsi on. She was asking him if this North American Union and SPP stuff was for real. He made a very strong case for its being for real, and she is very anti-illegal immigrants. I'm thinking it's possible that Mr. Corsi has enlightened the lady, and she might actually start to put 2 and 2 together and understand part of the reasoning behind Ron Paul's incredible support.
One can only hope. But wouldn't it be nice to have a PRO-Ron Paul talk show host for a change?
Yeah, someone called in and talked about the 2nd amendment for a bit and then he wished his friend RONALD happy birthday!!!
I think we should kick our Levin calls up a notch. Exercise our right to freedom of speech.
