Finally, Declaration of War!

God bless Jim Robinson!

But I have a "technical" problem with Mr. Robinson's material. I feel that the people's "war" against the corrupt federal government can manifest itself in something as simple as voters giving members of the corrupt, Democratic Congress the boot in 2010. The key, in my opinion, is knowledge because knowledge is power.

However, the voters seem to be lacking knowledge to make their voices heard, particularly knowledge of the Founder's division of federal and state government powers. And my problem with patriots like Mr. Robinson and the Tea Party people, as examples, is that they seem to be missing opportunities, in my opinion, to empower voters with the basic constitutional knowledge necessary to want to wipe out the Democratic Congress in 2010, helping to put the federal government from hell back on its constitutional leash.

For example, one of the first paragraphs in Mr. Robinson's material is the following.

The unlawful federal government's takeover of the financial, banking and insurance industries was just a prelude to the planned complete unconstitutional Marxist takeover of all of America.

I don't know how Mr. Robinson usually expresses himself in writing. But based on the OP, the difference between Mr. Robinson and me is this. Whenever I mention the federal government's constitutionally unauthorized involvement in banking, for example, I try to also empower people with Constitution-related historic facts as to why the feds are wrong to involve themselves in banking.

For example, I not only mention that Thomas Jefferson had noted that the Founding States had decided not to give banking powers to the federal government, but I also provide the beef. Arguing against Alexander Hamilton's push for a constitutionally unauthorized national bank, Jefferson had written this...

  • "It is known that the very power now proposed as a means was rejected as an end by the Convention which formed the Constitution. A proposition was made to them to authorize Congress to open canals, and an amendatory one to empower them to incorporate. But the whole was rejected, and one of the reasons for rejection urged in debate was, that then they would have a power to erect a bank, which would render the great cities, where there were prejudices and jealousies on the subject, adverse to the reception of the Constitution."

--Thomas Jefferson concerning the constitutionality of establishing a national bank, 1791
Mr. Robinson then mentions out-of-control (my words) federal spending. And since I've got this handy, I make sure to try to empower people with the following excerpt from Chief Justice Marshall's official writings when complaining about illegal federal government spending. Justice Marshall had established the following case precedent, now wrongly ignored, which reflects on state sovereignty by appropriately limiting the federal government's power to lay taxes.

So misguided Obama has no constitutional authority to establish the stimulus package or proposed healthcare. But people no longer understand state sovereignty so they continue to be hypnotized by Obama; the blind leading the blind.

As a side note, I also saw where Mr. Robinson is promoting the repeal of the ill-conceived, anti-state sovereignty 16th and 17th Amendments which I totally agree with. And here is my constructive critique of the Tea Party movement concerning Tea Party patriots possibly not being aware of major federal taxation and spending problems associated with the 16th and 17th Amendments.

Again, we can rant about our corrupt federal government all that we want to. And sometimes I think that for conservatives, ranting must be their idea of the pursuit of happiness. But I equate such "happiness" to the mere spinning of wheels. We really need to empower voters with specific articles, sections, clauses, amendments and historic materials related to the Constitution if we expect the voters to begin purging corrupt politicians out of the federal and state governments in 2010.

Finally, please accept my apology for picking on you tonight Mr. Robinson.

Look at the sponsors at the bottom. They are claiming C4L is a sponsor. This is that Glen Beck event everyone was warned to be wary of, and now they've included (falsely?) a Ron Paul connection. Free Republic is a MIAC tool.

Fuck those people, bunch of Johnny Come Lately's.

For 8 years they've been sitting around, kissing W's ass and having nothing at all to say about the insane growth and power grab of the fedgov.

Along comes O and now they all squeal like stuck pigs and try to co-opt us in the bargain.

An ally that is just as willing to bayonet you as the "enemy", isn't worth the effort.

I remember being banned from there for being a "troll" because I said I liked what that guy Ron Paul had to say at the first Republican debate.

Have those warmongering neocons over there woken up? I don't go to that site anymore.

I would say no, although now they are making noise like they did back in the 90s under Clinton.

I got thrown off of there years ago for being a "troofer".

I hear all the time we need to wake people up. Something or someone woke this man up. He has a huge neocon following, brother we need these kind of people to wake up.

Now is not the time to shoot either the messenger or a brother who has decided to fight beside you.

Not going to argue with that.

Don't think poorly of me if I keep an eye on my six though.
