I think we need to start fighting fire with fire. We need to start digging up all the dirt and connections on Fox and some of the other main stream media organizations and get the word out. Start pushing it to the smaller media organizations, youtube, myspace, etc. so we can get the message out to everyone.

As Ron Paul said it’s not about him, but the awakening he is causing in the people, especially the younger generation. These will be the people running our country in the future. This is the type of stuff that Ron Paul is trying to fight.

I urge you we need to get this dirt out there, so people know the truth. A campaign of truth!

This is the sort of thing I have been thinking. Fix News and everyone else in the MSM has been running a massive smear campaign against RP since he became a threat.

I say it is our turn to create a massive internet smear campaign against anyone who has legitimate dirt that the public should know about, and we should make it as widespread as possible. It should be all over YouTube and every popular site where people are going to read it that we can get access too.

Of course the idea is for everyone here to judge, but the main stipulation is that we can't seem extremely negative or obnoxious in my opinion. We have to be calm and objective like a PSA...here's the facts, do with them what you will. By the way, if you want an HONEST candidate, check out ronpaul2008.com!

I think fire with fire is a strong idea for Paul...mainly because the fact that there really isn't any dirt to use against him is basically a flame retardant suit. The only thing they can really do is ignore him(already done), use edits and cuts to make him look as bad as they can(already done), and call him names(already done)....what else could they possibly do?

Then question them as to whether they really wrote it or not. Then chop up their denial in such a way that they appear guilty and spread it and replay it as much as you can. Whether it's true or not doesn't matter... the damage will have been done.

I disagree. I believe we should keep it to truth, and claim the moral high ground. Don't give them any free shots.
